Synthetix BioSciences, the biotechnology operating unit of i3 Group of Companies, announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted Fast Track designation for SYN-402.
SYN-402 is an engineered mRNA candidate designed using Synthetix's proprietary generative molecular design platform, targeting immunosuppressive solid tumors that have developed resistance to existing checkpoint inhibitors.
Clinical Phase II multicenter trials are now accelerating across top academic medical centers in Boston, Zurich, and Singapore.
